At Roadhouse we are all about being inspired from flavours from around the world.
Both owners, Michel & Moe have traveled widely together and on their own seeking out the tasty delights other cultures have to offer.
Moe was a food photographer & film maker in a previous life and if you have been to the restaurant you will see her photographs on the walls.
On one trip she worked on a TV show from the UK called 'From Birmingham to Bombay' learning about the fine dishes from different regions of India. One episode was about the Punjabi region and she visited the Golden Temple in Amritsar.
Here volunteers make meals for 10,000 worshipers each day. She made a short film that one the documentary food film award in the Pink Lady Food Photographer of the Year award.
Photos from this shoot can be seen at the restaurant.
